Product Overview

The central dust collector for furniture factories is a large-scale centralized dust removal system designed to handle wood chips, dust, and wood powder generated during cutting, grinding, engraving, and pre-treatment processes before painting in furniture production. This system enables unified collection, filtration, and purification of dust throughout the factory or at multiple workstations, featuring efficient dust removal, explosion-proof and flame-retardant capabilities, energy conservation, and noise reduction. It serves as the core equipment for furniture factories to meet environmental protection standards and ensure clean production in workshops.

System Components

The system comprises main pipelines, branch pipelines, dust collection hoods (including workstation hoods, universal flexible hoods, and air duct regulating valves). Pipeline layout is custom-designed based on dust-generating points in the workshop. Air volume distribution at each workstation is managed through regulating valves to prevent excessive air intake at nearby workstations and insufficient air at distant ones. Pipelines are typically constructed from galvanized steel plates or stainless steel plates, providing wear-resistant and corrosion-resistant properties suitable for high-speed transportation of wood chips.
